Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk and guest service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Communicate Drury Hotels' policies and procedures to team members and guests
  • Provide motivation and leadership to inspire team members to exceed expectations
  • Assist with training and development of guest service team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests
Requirements:
  • Ability to give and take written and oral direction
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures
  • Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
  • Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
