Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Guest Services Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
