Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Sonesta International Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently and courteously
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
  • Handle room discrepancies and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and policies
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to ensure their satisfaction
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Previous front desk hotel experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally
  • Fluency in a foreign language preferred
