The Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness achieve their highest potential for health and well-being. As a Crisis Outreach Clinical Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, effective, and coordinated responses to crisis situations in the community.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments, and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift, dispatching to outreaches as needed, and providing 1:1 supervision with supervisees.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any other superseding credential that meets RCW 71.05.020 requirements
  • One or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services
  • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders
  • Ability to drive an agency or personal vehicle to conduct agency-related business
