Crisis Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Clinical Supervisor to lead our Mental Health Crisis Response Team. The successful candidate will have experience in community-based behavioral health services and be licensed to conduct mental health assessments and make diagnoses.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with staff from various organizations to provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing homelessness. You will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, training, and support to staff, as well as maintaining strong relationships with community providers and DESC programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and have at least one year of experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders. A current Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision and Training: Provide individual and group supervision, training, and support to staff on crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and other relevant topics.
- Crisis Response: Respond to mental health and chemical dependency crises, assess situations quickly, and provide interventions to ensure the physical and psychological safety of clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff from various organizations to provide comprehensive crisis response services.
- Community Outreach: Provide community outreach and education on mental health and chemical dependency issues.
