**Job Title:** Crisis Outreach Team Lead

**Location:** Downtown Emergency Service Center, Seattle

**Salary:** $65,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our crisis outreach team as a team lead. As a crisis outreach team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing clinical supervision to staff, and ensuring that all clients receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in community-based behavioral health services, a strong understanding of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of employee files and records
  • Co-lead the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Provide 1:1 supervision with supervisees on a regular basis
  • Maintain staffing models through managing weekly and monthly scheduling
  • Monitor vehicle safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or equivalent
  • Experience working in community-based behavioral health services
  • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
