About the Position: As a Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift, including dispatching to outreaches and co-hosting team meetings. You will provide 1:1 supervision with team members and coordinate schedules, managing call-outs and call volume. Additionally, you will maintain staffing models, monitoring vehicles for good working conditions and reporting issues promptly. You will have one or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services, working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders. The estimated salary for this role is $79,900 per year.
