SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $27,550 per year, based on a 37.5 hour workweek and a pay rate of $25.50 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential.
Job DescriptionThis role involves assisting crisis line volunteers and callers by screening, assessing, and connecting them to the appropriate level of support. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, be able to gather information from callers, and demonstrate evidence of ability to work effectively within a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Social Services or relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Evidence of ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience working in a call center environment
