Mental Health Crisis Response Shift Manager

As a Mental Health Crisis Response Shift Manager at Downtown Emergency Service Center, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and effective responses to crisis situations in the community. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift, including coordinating schedules, managing staffing models, and maintaining compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead daily operations of your shift, ensuring seamless coordination with team members.
- Dispatch to outreaches as needed, providing real-time supervision and guidance to staff.
- Provide routine administrative and clinical supervision, including performance evaluations and documentation maintenance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of DESC policies and procedures, assuring compliance across all teams.

Downtown Emergency Service Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,063.60 - $101,927.52 annually, commensurate with experience.
