Mobile Crisis Response Team Supervisor

At DESC, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Crisis Response Team Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, effective, and coordinated responses to community crises. Your expertise in community-based behavioral health services and experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving field, where you will have the chance to apply your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Mobile Crisis Response Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical and psychosocial assessments, as well as implementing systems related to proper documentation standards, implementation and adherence to DESC policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, and paid time off.
