Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, Southern California

Fresno First Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and business professionals in the East Bay area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized banking solutions and services to clients
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the bank by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and cross-selling bank products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to senior management on how to improve the bank's commercial banking services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- ~5 years of related experience and/or training in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services industry
- Intermediate knowledge of financial statement and tax return analysis, as well as related state and federal banking compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to provide leadership, supervision, and training to employees
