Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at DAS Technology. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring our visitors feel welcome and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and external stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and manage office supplies
  • Assist executives with administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Coordinate office events and activities
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle off-hours emergencies
