Position Summary

This is a part-time to full-time on-site position for an Office Coordinator at Rancher Hat Bar. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance, handling phone communications with professionalism, managing a dynamic calendar, and applying clerical expertise. This position will also require collaboration with upper management and owners, ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a busy calendar
  • Coordinate events across multiple schedules
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks
  • Handle email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate booking across all calendars
  • Manage projects and organize tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Strong Clerical Abilities
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Availability to work in the office five days a week
