Job Overview

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

This role requires flexibility to manage operations across multiple locations, with travel compensated for shared days at different sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Act as the primary contact for external parties, including legal and insurance representatives.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and communication with patients.
  • Handle patient billing and payment collection processes.
  • Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Conduct employee training and performance evaluations.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
