Position Summary
This role is for an Office Coordinator at Rancher Hat Bar. The position is available as part-time to full-time and requires on-site attendance. The Office Coordinator will provide essential administrative support, manage phone communications with professionalism, maintain a busy calendar, and utilize clerical expertise. This role also includes executive administrative support and effective interaction with upper management and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a busy calendar
- Coordinate events across multiple schedules
- Assist the management team with various administrative duties
- Handle inbox management and ensure timely responses
- Ensure accurate bookings across all calendars
- Engage in project management and organize tasks efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative roles
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
- In-office presence required five days a week (shorter days may be available)
