Podiatry Clinic Front Office Coordinator

Role Overview:
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will oversee patient scheduling, manage documentation, and ensure the clinic operates efficiently to provide exceptional care.
Main Duties Include:
- Manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, and respond to inquiries.
- Facilitate patient check-ins, collect necessary information, and maintain accurate records.
- Organize patient appointments and coordinate testing schedules.
- Assist in patient evaluations and medical procedures.
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate specialized consultations and surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and suppliers.
