Job Overview

Quality Beverage is seeking a dedicated Shelf Set Coordinator to oversee and execute the QB Space Management Program. This role involves the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of various program components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct shelf resets across significant retail partners.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of completed resets along with necessary display and shelf space data.
  • Promote the advantages of shelf set initiatives to retail partners.
  • Support the Sales Department by assisting with team sales strategies and training Sales Representatives on shelf space fundamentals.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups on executed accounts to maintain the schematic integrity.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Understanding of retail trade and space management practices.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in selling and negotiation techniques.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer products sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and shelf set software (SPP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor regulations.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks associated with the role and to mentor both direct and indirect reports.
  • Must fulfill Wholesaler Equity Agreement certification requirements within specified timeframes.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to 165 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs. overhead), bending, and pushing/pulling (up to 340 lbs. on a two-wheeler).
  • Frequent standing or walking is required throughout the workday.
  • Travel may be necessary, exposing the individual to various weather conditions while visiting clients or vendors.
  • Potential risks associated with over-the-road travel, including traffic incidents and display setups.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
