Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Universal Hospital Services Inc. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for operating advanced diagnostic equipment and performing a variety of imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI machines.
  • Perform a range of imaging procedures, including x-rays, fluoroscopy, and CT scans.
  • Position patients correctly and adjust technical factors to ensure high-quality images.
  • Review physician orders and obtain relevant clinical data to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license with fluoroscopy licensure.
  • Current American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility.
  • 1-2 years of experience in three modalities (i.e., CT, MR, IR, or Cath Lab).
