Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be instrumental in shaping and directing the external perception of Hologic's operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investor Relations: Collaborate to establish and nurture robust relationships with investors, analysts, and other significant stakeholders. Act as a primary contact for investor inquiries and communications.
  2. Financial Reporting: Lead the creation and distribution of financial reports, earnings announcements, and other pertinent documents to guarantee precise and timely information is shared with the investment community.
  3. Strategic Messaging: Develop and convey clear, persuasive, and consistent messages regarding Hologic's financial performance, business strategies, and growth potential.
  4. Market Analysis: Observe and evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and industry changes to offer strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and annual meetings. Prepare presentations, scripts, and Q&A materials.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and disclosures adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
  7. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and corporate communications, to gather information and synchronize messaging.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a similar field, with a proven history in a publicly traded company of comparable size and global complexity.
  3. Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and capital markets.
  • Outstanding writing, reviewing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and quick-thinking with a natural curiosity.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $184,900 to $205,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
