Position Overview:

The Radiation Therapist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapeutic radiation treatments. Under the guidance of the Department Manager and the Lead Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for the setup, planning, and verification of treatment accuracy, utilizing advanced radiotherapy techniques in line with departmental protocols.

Available Shifts:
Full Time Day & Part Time Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer therapeutic radiation treatments to patients.
  • Perform procedures to ensure the precision of treatment delivery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Completion of formal training in therapeutic radiologic technology from an accredited institution.
  • National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.

Preferred:
  • Specialized training in diametric techniques and treatment planning physics.
