Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your strong customer service orientation to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and foster a positive experience.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries through various communication channels including phone, web, and email.
- Assist clients in navigating the screening process and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Employ your organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies regarding resident screening practices, safeguards, and legal compliance.
- Follow up to ensure that all customer inquiries or issues are addressed appropriately.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience is required.
- Excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to going above and beyond.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and approachability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous.
