Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly schedule, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain precise payroll and benefits documentation and generate relevant reports.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with job postings, resume evaluations, and interview coordination.
  • Support the management of applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate files.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background verification processes.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and lead New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Assist new employees in completing necessary documentation and understanding company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure new hires have the required resources.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition events.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
  • Collect feedback from employees to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Manage event budgets to ensure all activities are conducted within allocated resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR capacity, with a focus on payroll and benefits management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • A sense of humor is a plus.
