Internship Opportunity in Human Resources and Business Services

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated college student to intern with our Human Resources team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR department in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes
  • Participate in employer branding, job distribution, and marketing efforts
  • Support the coordination of interviews and onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited university
  • Major: Human Resources or related field
  • Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work full-time hours (40) per week
