Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources at Revel Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in alignment with our overall organizational goals.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR operations. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and lead and direct all HR, People, Talent, and Culture functions that support our 600+ team members across multiple business lines.

Revel Group is a Knoxville-based management company behind some of the biggest names in East Tennessee entertainment. We oversee the daily operations of Anakeesta, Gatlinburg's number one attraction, WildSide, Pigeon Forge's newest outdoor adventure park, and Stay Hideaways, a hospitality group providing cozy stays in Gatlinburg.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Lead and direct all HR, People, Talent, and Culture functions
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive growth, development, and effective leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Senior Director, VP of HR, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience of successfully leading high volume, seasonal and non-seasonal recruiting in the hospitality or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
