Human Resources Specialist

The US Army Human Resources Command (DRU) is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to manage officer retirement programs. This role requires extensive experience in military human resources management, with a focus on officer retirements and separations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain military human resources management programs for military officers
- Provide advice and guidance on laws, policies, and regulations pertaining to officer retirements and separations
- Communicate with officers and units to review and process retirement actions
- Prepare required documentation for staffing through OPMD, HRC, G1, or ASA (M and RA)
- One year of specialized experience in military human resources management, including experience with officer retirements and separations
- Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in a field related to human resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
