Human Resources Administrative Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RSKS Administrative Services Inc. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Applicant Tracking: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate applications and interactions.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing weekly orientation sessions and providing comprehensive information on company benefits and policies.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers to develop and refine applicant criteria, offer guidance on interviewing techniques, and conduct regular check-ins to review candidate progress.
  • Training Materials Development: Develop and update training materials to support employee development and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain and secure employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of verified experience in HR administration, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
