Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of ADP, Workday, or similar ATS systems, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms and background checks.
  • Assist recruiters in completing phone screens and scheduling in-person interviews.
  • Post openings to various job boards and ensure accuracy.
  • Search resume databases for passive candidates and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of ADP, Workday, or similar ATS systems.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Compensation: Up to $21.00 per hour.
