About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Workiva. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue through strategic sales initiatives and effective relationship-building with executive-level buyers and influencers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex solution sales, with experience selling to enterprise technology customers. A proven track record of success in sales roles, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential for this position.

Sales Performance and Rewards

  • A competitive salary range of $86,000.00 - $138,000.00
  • Eligibility for commission based on sales performance
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
  • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
