About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at destinationone Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Non-Profit sector.
Job Description
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage decision-makers in the Non-Profit sector.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to secure new clients for our RAASS model.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to position destinationone as their premier recruitment solution.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business development within the Non-Profit sector.
- Established Network: A ready book of business in the targeted sectors is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment services and the North American market is an asset.
