About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accountant to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for recording tenant receivable activity and ensuring timely and accurate processing of billings and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Record and manage tenant receivable activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Cash Management: Coordinate cash management activities, including processing payments and reconciliations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including property managers and accounting teams, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
  • Skills: Diligent and excellent organizational skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Excel, Word, and other accounting software (YARDI preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with high-volume accounts receivable departments and industry best practices.
