We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal Director to lead our proposal management efforts for multiple prime bids with contract values of $500M to upwards of a billion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional resources to complete proposals and ensuring quality, completeness, and oversight of technical writing to ensure a compliant and winning proposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bid strategy with operations and business development teams.
  • Assemble, task, and direct internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Validate and test the business solution proposed.
  • Reconcile customer requirements against proposed staffing levels and solutions and identify any gaps.
  • Direct all proposal and Q&A responses.
  • Develop processes and infrastructure to support submission of bids.
  • Develop win strategies and final proposal submission after reviews.
Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of related experience including in-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Process (FAP).
  • Requires experience working with multiple Federal agencies.
Preferred Skills
  • MBA, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal procurement strongly preferred. Proven win rate with large complex bid responses including GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, preferred.
  • APMP Foundation certification or equivalent professional certifications, preferred.
