Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Achieve or surpass weekly sales targets set by the company/community.
  • Prepare and maintain a weekly sales forecast.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the community's Customer Relationship Management system, documenting inquiries and follow-up communications.
  • Assess prospective residents' needs to effectively align our services, maximizing the likelihood of move-ins.
  • Support the Executive Director and Community Sales Director in maintaining the community's presentation, ensuring all areas are appealing and market-ready.
  • Assist in the completion of move-in documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics for move-ins and transfers, collaborating with community staff to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is a plus.
  • Completion of all required training programs is necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation, basic financial acumen, and proficiency in computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality are required.
