Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Power Delivery group. The successful candidate will lead the execution of various projects, including distribution, transmission, substation, renewable, and other power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent technical leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring solutions align with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers and designers.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and support to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to project proposals, cost estimations, and client presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Proven expertise in the engineering and design of projects in the energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant design and modeling software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, MFAD, LPILE, and PLS-CADD.
