Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Achieve or surpass weekly sales targets set by the company.
- Generate a weekly sales forecast to track progress.
- Maintain the community's Customer Relationship Management database with accurate and timely information.
- Assess prospective residents' needs to effectively align our services with their requirements.
- Support the Executive Director and Community Sales Director in ensuring the community is well-presented and market-ready.
- Assist with the completion of move-in documentation to facilitate a seamless transition for new residents.
- Coordinate with community staff to ensure apartments are prepared for new residents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is a plus.
- Completion of all required training programs.
- Strong customer service abilities, basic financial understanding, and proficient organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively.
