About the Role

Moss Adams is seeking a highly skilled Director of Valuation Services to lead our Valuation group in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business development, marketing, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the Valuation Consulting practice
  • Develop areas of expertise and manage consulting engagements
  • Assist with proposals and business development, including marketing materials and web-based initiatives
  • Collaborate with personnel from other offices and industry groups to manage and develop consulting practices
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences, and participate in firm-wide marketing and sales programs
  • Develop and participate in training programs for existing clients and prospects
  • Present topics at Valuation seminars and webinars
  • Write and/or co-author articles for Valuation periodicals
  • Develop and participate in public speaking opportunities at industry trade shows and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required, MBA preferred
  • CPA, ABV, CFA, or ASA designation preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
  • Demonstrated practice management skills and practice development success
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Team player and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%
