Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist

At ATC, we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level hardware and software support to employees
  • Configure and administer the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
  • Lead ITSM improvement initiatives and coach junior technical support staff
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in helpdesk roles
  • Ability to analyze root causes and resolve complex IT issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and implement ITSM improvement initiatives

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • PMP certification
