Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain our IT systems, including troubleshooting errors and resolving technical issues.
- User Management: Add, delete, and manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365.
- Software Upgrades: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software upgrades and updates.
- Desktop Support: Provide traditional desktop support, including answering trouble tickets and resolving technical issues.
- Data Migration: Assist with data migrations and ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree in IT, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles, preferably in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: IT-related certifications are a plus, but not required.
