Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and documenting and tracking problems to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management tools, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
