Help Desk Analyst Opportunity

Focused HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware and software
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement ITSM improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • 6 or more years of experience in IT support and technical services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar
  • CompTIA A+ certification or similar
  • PMP certification or similar
