Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Computer Consultants International. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and staff, resolving issues related to technology infrastructure, and developing support and training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve issues related to technology infrastructure, including printing, login, and remote access
  • Develop and maintain support and training materials for staff and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management, technical support, or a related field
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as Incidents & Service Request
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Tools and Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
