Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and documenting and tracking problems to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management tools, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
