Cosmetic Territory Manager

Job Overview:
The Cosmetic Territory Manager will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and managing territory spending budgets in an assigned geographic area. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve retail sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Manage all territory spending budgets, including freelance and travel expenses.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company.
- Build strong relationships with store teams and internal partners.
- Coach and motivate store personnel on ABH products and services.
- Execute regular business review meetings with key store/district management.
- Plan and execute new product launches and corporate programming.
- Schedule and execute in-store event activity.
- Recruit, train, and coach freelance support and licensed professionals.
- Maintain State Board compliance for service locations and counters.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Communicate with retailer personnel and ABH team members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of cosmetics retail experience with strong artistry skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Some overnight and air travel required.
- State Board esthetics/cosmetology license required (US positions only).
Compensation:
Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 yearly, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. This role is bonus eligible.
