Regional Sales Manager

Fotona is seeking a highly motivated and talented sales professional to prospect and develop new Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health customers in Southern California.
This is an excellent opportunity for a successful sales professional with honed prospecting and account development skills to break into the medical laser market. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital equipment, durable medical equipment, and/or medical device sales, as well as a proven track record in closing deals.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing high-volume cold calls to Gynecology practices, identifying decision-makers, and evaluating the buying process. They will also determine prospects' business needs and goals to determine solutions, study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona LLC, and travel within a territory to attend trade shows and other events.
Key qualifications include at least 2+ years of experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and/or Women's Health, knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies, and excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills.
