Position: Senior Media Planner/Buyer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days in-office
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
We are in search of exceptional talent to join our expanding media team. The Senior Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for orchestrating media planning initiatives alongside our Senior Media Manager. This role requires effective collaboration with clients, internal account teams, and media partners.

Core Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Buying (25%): Develop comprehensive proposals for paid media campaigns, create and present media-specific documents, analyze proposals, and maintain communication with vendors.
- Media Strategy & Oversight (25%): Identify new opportunities in paid media, manage financial tracking documents, ensure quality assurance across deliverables, and collaborate with the AdOps team for flawless campaign execution.
- Campaign Management (20%): Maintain proficiency in internal buying tools, assist in trafficking plan assets, generate insertion orders, and collaborate on Paid Social campaigns.
- Relationship Development (10%): Manage communication with internal teams, participate in larger projects, and mentor junior team members.
- Reporting (10%): Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and communicate issues proactively.
- Learning & Development (10%): Engage in agency learning sessions and vendor meetings to enhance skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in media planning and/or buying
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
