Job Description

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Account Manager to lead our social media team and develop comprehensive strategies to promote new film releases and other content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the social media team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote new film releases and other content, including the creation, curation, and management of all published content across all social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content, including images, video, written, and audio content, to captivate our audience and drive results.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and effective manner, while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting results and areas for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in social media or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills, with demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the entertainment industry, specifically film promotion.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
