About the Role
This position is responsible for driving business growth across all lines of business within the Cyber & Professional Lines Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and advanced leadership skills, with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and building successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing broker/agent relationships, meeting key performance indicators, and identifying new business opportunities through marketing initiatives within assigned territories. They will also foster additional business opportunities through business travel, virtual meetings, conferences, and industry events. Additionally, they will develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities and remain current on all company products.
Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes 6% 401K match, 20 days of PTO, 2 Floating Days, and paid parental leave.
