We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team and drive business growth across our studios. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing performance metrics, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

As a Business Development Lead, you will oversee daily studio operations, including Front Desk, FuelBar, Retail, and Facilities management. You will drive studio performance by analyzing key metrics and making informed business decisions. You will also conduct regular inspections of studio spaces to ensure facilities are clean and updated, manage communications with supervisors, peers, and subordinates to ensure all departments are properly supported, and partner with marketing teams to ideate and implement new brand initiatives with positive impact for clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fitness management or a relevant field, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience, financial acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and time management skills. You will also need to be available for full-time work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Finally, you must have enthusiasm for the Barry's brand and the ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
