Job Summary:

KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Tax Proposal Ops to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining proposal templates, leading Go-To-Market initiatives, and providing strategic guidance on service line-specific resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with tax proposal ops team leader and service line leadership to develop and update proposal templates

Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits, providing strategic guidance on key win themes and differentiators

Engage in strategic proposals, directing the execution of the pursuit process and managing the pursuit workplan

Develop initial drafts of pursuit collateral, collaborating with teams to refine and tailor content

Requirements:

Minimum eight years of experience in proposal management, knowledge management, or marketing/writing/communications

Supervisory experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives and working with larger sized client pursuits

Prior professional services experience preferred
