Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Proposal Coordinator in all aspects of required document formatting.
  • Utilize Leidos templates tailored to RFP requirements.
  • Support document creation to support proposal development, reviews, and delivery.
  • Work closely with the Proposal Coordinator to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) for requirements, ensuring the development of compliant proposal templates.
  • Understand SharePoint to work in our Collaborative Capture Environment (CCE) to ensure configuration control of all formatted documents.
  • Support reviews, preparing review copies and merging reviewers' comments; and preparing documents for final management review and production.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience or high school degree and 12+ years of related experience.
  • Expert Desktop Publisher able to create and format visually appealing Microsoft Word templates and Excel documents in compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Word, skilled in formatting Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint documents.
  • Skilled in use of SharePoint.
  • Skilled in Adobe Acrobat Pro for creating PDFs, and comparing and merging files.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite software.
