Director of Fundraising

The National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA) is a membership organization dedicated to enhancing the ability of health professionals to provide high-quality family planning care. We are seeking a Director of Fundraising to manage and direct our fundraising efforts, developing and cultivating relationships with stakeholders to identify new funding sources and create a stable pipeline of revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify new business opportunities and manage existing partnerships
• Prepare proposals, reports, and collaborate on proposal budgets
• Create solicitation materials to ensure a continuous pipeline of foundation, corporate, individual, and other funding prospects
• Collaborate with the CEO & President and other leadership staff on preparing grant request strategies that match NFPRHA's programmatic and operational needs
• Collaborate with the finance staff to manage and track the organization's grants and other revenue streams against Board-approved budgets

Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in planning, leading, and managing development projects, including coordinating with peers to achieve outcomes. Experience with corporate or industry partnerships and/or sponsorship, superb written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills are also required.
